Office Administrator

This role is to provide full secretarial, office operations and facilities management for a small office.

Working with their HO Office Management Team you will provide day to day management and running of the Dublin office facilities including floorplan management and desk utilisation, manage and coordinate buying and delivery of office equipment including stationery. In addition, you will liaise with HR to align headcount with office facility requirements. Liaison with IT for technology and office facility requirements including provision of IT equipment where required and in on boarding new employees. Facilitate and manage the review process for all service contracts and outsourcing arrangements. Liaison with the Board of Directors and Senior management to set up quarterly Board and Committee meetings. Assistance in the production of quarterly Board and Committee papers. Ensure Secretarial resource available where required.

Experience in a similar type role is required.
