Insurance; Life & Pensions; Reinsurance; Captives; Life Reinsurance; Freedom of Services; Funds; Asset and Investment Management; Banking; and Accountancy & Finance.
The Directors within Cotter Personnel Ltd have previously worked in the Financial Services markets they recruit within. This gives Employers and Candidates comfort knowing that their consultant understands their business.

Cotter Personnel operate with National and International clients in the Irish market and have relationships in London, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Australia and mainland Europe.
Started his career with European Underwriting Agencies in Dublin in 1985 and relocated to London to work with AIG before moving to Alexander Howden Reinsurance Brokers.
In 1989 moved into the recruitment business in London, placing people into roles within the Lloyds, Company and Broker markets.
Set up the Insurance desk for Joslin Rowe in 1991 to focus on London market appointments. Paul returned to Dublin in 2000 to open their Dublin office within the Insurance, Banking and Finance sectors.
Paul opened Cotter Personnel Ltd in June 2008 to utilise extensive experience and contacts across these market sectors.

Educated with a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours, Darren started his career in the Technology Sector in 1997.
In 2000 established a career in Financial Services and joined Bank of Ireland Life and progressed to Relationship Consultant.
Darren joined Paul Cotter in Joslin Rowe Associates in 2004 as a Consultant and assisted in setting up the Life & Pensions Recruitment desk.
In 2006 promoted to Senior Consultant and managed recruitment on positions within Life, Pensions, Banking and Funds sectors.
Darren joined Cotter Personnel Ltd as Director in June 2008 to utilise his extensive experience and contacts across these market sectors.

In 1988, Frank started his career in the London Reinsurance market with E W Payne. In 1998, Frank moved to R K Carvill Lloyds Brokers and held positions in Broking and Management until his return to Ireland in 2005.
In 2006, Frank began his career in Recruitment as a Consultant with Joslin Rowe Associates specialising in the Insurance and Reinsurance sectors. Frank progressed his Recruitment career with Robert Half International and InsRe.
Frank joined Cotter Personnel Ltd in 2012 as a Managing Consultant to utilise his extensive experience and contacts across these markets. Franks’ career within recruitment has always been within the Insurance and Reinsurance sectors, covering all career levels and disciplines.

Marta moved to Dublin in 2006 and gained experience working as an Office Manager and HR Coordinator within the Health market; and more recently as an EMEA HR Talent Acquisition Sourcer / Coordinator with Yahoo Ireland.
Marta joined Cotter Personnel Ltd in August 2012 as a Candidate Resourcer for the Financial Services markets and is also the Social Media strategist.
